Professional, transparent, accountable, responsive, and friendly. I am very lucky to have Karen has our agent.

Karen couldn't have done a better job if she were family or a friend. We are lucky we found her. She was attentive to our needs, subject matter expert, always ready to offer a suggestion or advice, honest, levelheaded, and straight to the point. We were so impressed with how she handled the purchase of our new house that we decided to hire her to sell our condo as well. We'd recommend Karen in a heartbeat.

This was the second property I have listed with Redfin, and I have had excellent experiences with both sales transactions. My agent, Karen Gradington, sets a new standard in customer service. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and professional throughout the sales process. She was always available to assist me, even after office hours, and was willing to adjust her schedule to accommodate my needs, even when I was overseas. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is considering listing their property. I am glad I have known her. I would reach out to her whenever I am ready to put my other property in the market.
